All credit card transactions are done on a secure server, however if you do not wish to transmit your credit card number to us electronically, or if you wish to purchase items by a means other than credit card, we ask that you go through the process of making all of your selections and print out the final page that lists your selections and the total price. Please email to: operations@loanofficerschool.com. Please include your name and phone number and a representative will contact you by phone with an address where you can mail payment or give us your credit card number.
We will accept personal checks drawn on an American bank account, money orders or cashiers checks. All orders being shipped outside the Continental United States must pay by credit card or American currency. Additional shipping costs will apply to all items mailed outside of the United States. Items cannot be shipped until payment has been received.

We also collect the necessary credit card information to process your order. Once your order has been processed this information is deleted from our system. WE DO NOT MAINTAIN YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN OUR DATABASE. Therefore, when you re-visit the store and place a new order, it is necessary for you to re-enter this information. This is done for your protection.

Return Policy
Live & Online Class Registrations
A 100% refund is available up until 10 days prior to the scheduled course date. If you are unable to attend the course you registered for, and have not given 10 days notice, you may apply your tuition to one of our future course dates.
Test Prep Packages
We offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE with our test prep video course package! If you take and fail the National exam and request a refund between 3-45 days after purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase cost. We do not offer refunds on our test preparation material for any other reason.
Online Training Products
We do not offer refunds for our online training as the content cannot be recalled but if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we are happy to apply your payment to another of our online courses.
Social Media/Yelp Review Policy
If a LoanOfficerSchool.com customer (current or former), student, vendor or other posts any review, whether it positive or negative, true or untrue, favorable and approving or slanderous and revengeful on any online review site, LoanOfficerSchool.com or a personal representative of reserves the right to reply in kind or other means regardless of the positive or negative nature of the remarks even if the rebuttal is less than flattering and discloses the reviewers specific deficiencies based upon our experience with the reviewer and the facts that are supported by documentation. LoanOfficerSchool.com will not initiate a negative on line Yelp type review against another, under any circumstances.
